Customized to Meet Each Client’s Professional Development Goals
The Executive Coach gathers information by talking with the Client (and Executive Sponsor if applicable) to learn about the Client’s background and goals for the coaching agreement. The Executive Coach also collects results from assessments such as the DiSC behavioral assessment.
Using feedback collected through conversations and assessments, including a 360’ evaluation, the Executive Coach works with the Client to determine the 2 or 3 coaching goals that will have the greatest impact on the Client’s success at work.
Engagements are typically four to six months in duration, and sessions are 60 minutes long. During the private, confidential coaching sessions the Executive Coach partners with the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their professional potential. The Coach uses actual situations to support the Client with upcoming meetings, conversations, decisions, presentations, etc., with a focus on leadership and communication styles. Sessions may be recorded for instructional purposes. Support may also be provided in between sessions by email or telephone calls.
Optional | Half way through the coaching engagement the Client, Executive Coach (and Executive Sponsor if applicable) meet to assess the Client’s progress, and make any adjustments to ensure improvements are being experienced and goals are being met.
As the coaching engagement closes, the Executive Coach reviews the progress of the sessions and the insights learned. They also evaluate the outcomes of the coaching sessions with the Client and determine if the goals have been achieved. They discuss a Sustainability Plan to ensure continued success.
